Answering Calls GCA70–313 2.3 Answering Subdued Off-Hook Voice Announcement (SOHVA) Calls Your installer can set your speakerphone to receive a Subdued Off-Hook Voice Announcement (SOHVA). This feature allows an intercom caller to break into your call by making an announcement through your handset receiver.
