Introduction 1.1 General Description The SanDisk uSSD takes the benefits of flash storage to new markets with low-capacity storage requirements, most notably the low-cost PC (LCPC). In the standard boot and storage modes, the uSSD 5000 is recognized as a fixed disk in the system. The system can also boot from the uSSD 5000, eliminating the need for additional components.
