HOw TO PREPARE QUALITY ESPRESSO AND CAPPUCCINO AT HOME THE COFFEE The coffee should be freshly ground and dark roasted. You may want to try a French or Italian roast. PREPARING THE COFFEE 1. Place the filter in the brew basket. Select from the two filters that come with your unit depending on the amount of cups you wish to prepare (1 or 2 demitasses). 2.
