Typically, the seat assembly includes the armrests, seatback, and seat base. III. YOUR POWER CHAIR Manual Freewheel Levers The power chair has a manual freewheel lever on each motor. Manual freewheel levers enable you to disengage the drive motors in order to push the chair.
