1 OPENING PREPARATION D . Use pliers to r emove the 2” section(s) of fr ame. 1D E. S tar ting in the 2” fr ame notch, use a reciprocating saw to cut the frame legs flush with the drywall. 3 SETTING AND FASTENING THE WINDOW A. Test fit the window in the opening from the exterior.
