SECTION 1 DESCRIPTION SECTION 1 DESCRIPTION I. MODEL IDENTIFICATION The Middleby Marshall PS724-Series may be used either as a single oven or stacked for use as double or triple ovens. A single PS724-Series Oven (Figure 1-1) can be mounted on an insulated base with short legs for countertop use, or on a leg stand with a lower shelf and casters for a free standing unit.
