Final Adjustments Auger Control Adjustment Check the adjustment of the auger control as follows: Push forward on the auger control until the small rubber bumper contacts the upper handle. Unhook the idler spring from the hex bolt on the auger housing. See Figure 14. Self-Tapping Back out the stop bolt until the support bracket Screw rests on the auger pulley. NOTE: Loosening the six nuts that connect the frame to the auger housing may aid in belt removal.
