PUK and PUK2 codes (8 digits): The Personal Unblocking Key (PUK) code is required to change a blocked PIN code. The PUK2 code is required to change a blocked PIN2 code. 1. Press the release buttons on both sides of the phone to open the grip. Note that you should always close the phone gently. 2.
