Thermostat Factory set so that knob on BREW setting holds unit at brewing temperature toward HIGH end of brew zone on thermometer dial. Then, if turned back to HOLD position, thermostat should cycle on and off and hold at LOW 'end of BREW zone on thermometer. Thermostat Adjustment 1.
