English KMR 1550 B Operating instructions for users Replacing sealing strips The sealing strips fulfil an important function. They maintain the partial vacu- um in the area surrounding the brushes that is necessary for the sweeper to perform properly. In so doing, they ensure that no dust is expelled while the machine is sweeping. Damaged or worn out sealing strips should be replaced immediately. Stop the sweeper and turn off the engine. Remove the hex screws and pull off the sealing strips.
