Avoid eating, drinking alcohol, smoking, exercising, and bathing for 30 minutes before taking a measurement. Rest for at least 15 minutes before taking the measurement. 2. Replace with four new batteries at the same time. Longlife alkaline batteries are recommended. CAUTION If battery fluid should get in your eyes, immediately rinse with plenty of clean water. Contact a physician immediately. NOTES: • Turn the unit off before replacing
