1.0 INTRODUCTION Thank you for purchasing this VGA to HDMI Converter from Audio Authority. It is designed to convert a wide range of computer video resolutions to HDTV resolutions compatible with television HDMI inputs. 3.0 INSTALLATION By default the 1385 automatically detects the resolution of the HDMI display device; however you can manually select a resolution using the OSD menu structure. See page 9 for a listing of supported resolutions. Leave the resolution in the “native” position on the OSD menu to enable automatic detection. 5.0 OPERATING THE UNIT The 1385 is controlled via an On Screen Display (OSD) menu. Much of the operation of the scaler is done automatically however there may be an occasion where an adjustment is needed, particularly if the input signals are not provided at standard levels. The menu structure on the previous page shows a two-tier arrangement. Press the MENU button to enter the menu (1st tier). 8.0 LIMITED WARRANTY If any consumer product from Audio Authority fails due to defects in materials or workmanship within one year from the date of the original sale to the end-user, Audio Authority guarantees that we will replace the defective product at no cost.
