Optimizing settings/Troubleshooting Control possibilities The Dynaudio SUB 250 provides two controls to match the frequency response of the subwoofer and the main speakers perfectly: • SUB Lowpass: the upper cut-off frequency of the subwoofer, which can be continuously adjusted between 50 and 150 Hz. Above the selected cut-off frequency the sound pressure level decreases rapidly. • SAT Highpass: the lower cut-off frequency of the main speakers; 60 Hz, 80 Hz or Flat (neutral) can be selected.

Optimizing settings/Troubleshooting CAUTION DAMAGE OF SMALL SATELLITE SPEAKERS! Selecting the correct frequency depends to a large extend on the main speakers. Sometimes main speakers are specifically intended to work with a subwoofer. In such cases, the main speakers can get damaged by a full-range amplifier signal.
