Cleaning Your Countertop Oven Step 1. Turn all knobs to off position then unplug unit and let it cool. Step 2. Wipe unit down with damp cloth. *DO NOT IMMERSE IN WATER. Make sure to only use mild, soapy water. Abrasive cleaners, scrubbing brushes and chemical cleaners will damage the continuous clean coating on this unit. Step 3.
