Use an oil sending unit socket (Snap- On tools; part number 6152 or equivalent) to remove the oil sending unit on the underside of the oil filter housing (see Fig 5-a). Install the supplied brass junction fitting using a small amount of Teflon paste. DO NOT USE TEFLON TAPE. Once installed, the junction fitting should be oriented so that
