OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS NOTE: All parts below refer to the parts listed and shown on pages 8 and 9 of this manual. 1. CAUTION: Do not attempt to move the Cement Mixer when it is full and/or in operation. 2. 9. To discharge the cement mix, grasp the Hand Wheel (51) firmly with one hand and release the Brake Handle (60). Then, slowly turn the Hand Wheel counter- clockwise to empty the Drum (4). CAUTION: To prevent accidental discharge of the cement mix, do not release the Brake Handle without holding the Hand Wheel firmly.
