■ Making Group Calls (P25) Channels programmed for Conventional P 5 and Trunking P 5 operation already have a Group ID assigned. For these channels, simply press and hold the PTT switch to make the call. • On Trunking channels, if the traffic channel is busy, a busy message appears and the busy tone sounds.
