FlavorFusion Installation Manual GATE RESTRICTOR PLATE AND ADJUSTMENT The rate at which ice is dispensed can be adjusted by varying the opening of the gate restrictor plate as illustrated in FIGURE 1. Reducing the dispense rate of ice is especially desirable when using glasses or other containers with small openings.
