Switch troubleshooting guide with LG phones In some cases, a brand new LG phone out of the box will not receive IP settings, firmware, or its configuration. Configuring the Router and Switch for DHCP The appropriate CPE router and switch configurations must be applied to support DHCP. These steps must be completed by Covad prior to configuring the phones.
