Main Features The Ear Force X4 Dolby surround sound gaming headphone system uses an infrared signal to transmit wireless game audio from the XBOX 360 to the X4 wireless headphones. Transmitter Range The transmitter communicates with the headphones via an infrared (IR) light beam, so it is important to maintain a direct line of sight between the transmitter and the headphones. Do not obstruct the front of the transmitter in the area containing the IR emitters, as described above.
