STEP 1 - PREPARE THE VEHICLE FRAME FRAME RAIL BRACE Remove the positive battery cable. With the vehicle on a solid, level surface chock the front wheels. Raise the vehicle by the axle and remove the rear wheels. Important: In order for the air spring to function properly, there must be AIR a minimum of 1/2" of clearance around the air spring.
