CONTROLLING FLARE-UPS: • Flare-ups are a part of cooking meats on a gas grill. This adds to the unique flavor of cooking on a gas grill. WARNING TRANSPORTING AND STORAGE: • Never move a grill when it is hot or when objects are on the cooking surfaces. • Make sure that cylinder valve is shut off. BURNER AND VENTURI • Although your burner is constructed of cast iron, it will rust as a result of the extreme heat and acids from cooking foods. Regularly inspect the burner for cracks, abnormal holes, and other signs of corro- sion damage.
