Settings To turn on the Blueair unit, plug the cable into a grounded three-prong wall outlet. The blue light-emitting diode indicates that the unit is turned on. Set the control knob to maximum speed for a few minutes of fast initial cleaning. Then adjust the control to the desired speed. Maximum speed is recom- mended for daytime use, for fast initial cleaning or for very polluted air. Minimum speed is generally recommended for nighttime use.
