Using the system ➤ Locking the vehicle To lock the vehicle, press the button on the remote control. The horn in the vehicle “honks” one-time, and the parking lights flash one-time. ➤ Remote feature programming The remote control has a menu for programming user features. Before you start make sure the keypad is unlocked. ➤ Overriding the optional starter kill To bypass the optional starter kill without a remote control: Use your override switch located on the control center (see diagram below) to bypass the system.
