To sync your TomTom Runner watch to your phone, follow these steps:
1. Ensure that your phone's Bluetooth is turned on and the TomTom Sports App is installed on your phone.
2. Turn on your TomTom Runner by holding down the power button. Once turned on, select the "Phone" option from the menu.
3. On your phone, open the TomTom Sports App and go to the main menu.
4. Tap on "Settings" and then select "Phone Connection" or "Pair New Device."
5. The TomTom Sports App will search for your TomTom Runner. Once it appears in the list of available devices, tap on it to start the pairing process.
6. Your phone will display a pairing code. Look for the same code on your TomTom Runner watch, and confirm that they match.
7. Once the pairing is successful, your TomTom Runner watch will display a message confirming the connection.
8. You can now use the TomTom Sports App to sync your activity data, receive notifications, and update settings on your TomTom Runner watch.
Remember to keep your phone and watch within Bluetooth range (usually around 10 meters) for a stable connection.

To turn off your TomTom Runner watch, follow these steps:
1. Press and hold the "down button" (located on the right side of the display) for a few seconds until the options menu appears.
. Use the navigation buttons to scroll and select the "Settings" option.
3. Go to the "General" settings by scrolling down and select it.
4. Scroll down again to find the "Shut Down" option and select it.
5. Confirm the shutdown by selecting "Yes" when prompted.
6. The watch will now power off.
