CYBEX PALLAS-FIX user manual

The Cybex Pallas-Fix is a 2-in-1 car seat that works as both a car seat and booster seat for children. It's designed for children from 9 months to 12 years old.
The Cybex Pallas works in two stages:
1. For younger children (approximately 9 months to 4 years), the Pallas-Fix operates as a Group 1 car seat with an impact shield. The shield is a safety cushion that reduces the risk of neck injuries in case of a head-on collision, without confining the child. In the case of an accident, the force of an impact is distributed across the entire shield and is absorbed by its impact-absorbing materials, much like an inflated airbag.
2. As children grow, the seat can be converted into a Group 2/3 car seat from the Solution family. The headrest is adjustable, so it grows with your child, and the backrest can be reclined to better fit the shape of the car seat.
With regard to installation, the Pallas-Fix is equipped with both a regular seat belt fixture, and ISOFIX connectors for cars that have this installation system. When installed, the seat should be forward-facing. As your child grows, the seat's recline position, headrest and shield can be adjusted as needed.

The Pallas-Fix also offers side impact protection, with its L.S.P system that absorbs the force of a side-impact collision in combination with the energy absorbing shell.
Moreover, the seat is designed with a ventilation system that regulates the temperature to prevent your child from sweating, and cushioned armrests for extra comfort.
