Cobra CDR-840 user manual

To connect your Cobra CDR-840 dash cam to your computer, follow these steps:
1. Start by turning off your dash cam and unplugging it from power.
2. Next, remove the memory card from the camera.
3. Locate the USB cable that came with your dash cam. It should have a mini-USB connector on one end and a standard USB connector on the other.
4. Connect the mini-USB end of the cable to the port on the dash cam. Make sure it's firmly inserted.
5. Now, take the standard USB end of the cable and plug it into an available USB port on your computer.
6. Turn on your dash cam. It should automatically enter "PC camera mode" and show a screen indicating that it's connected to a computer.
7. On your computer, you should see a notification or a popup indicating that a new device has been connected.
8. Open the file explorer or any file management program on your computer.
9. Locate the removable storage device or the memory card associated with your dash cam. It may appear as a separate drive.
10. Double-click on the drive to access the files stored on your dash cam.
You can now transfer the video or image files from your dash cam to your computer or perform any other desired actions.
