Here are the steps to change the time on your Casio 3793:
1. Press the "Adjust" button located on the top left side of your watch until you see the current time zone flashing on the display. This indicates that you are in the time setting mode.
2. Use the "Search" button on the right to find your time zone. If you're unsure of your time zone, look it up online or refer to the manual.
3. Once you've found your time zone, press the "Adjust" button again. This will cause the hours digits to flash.
4. Use the "Forward" and "Reverse" buttons to change the hours to the current time.
5. After setting the right hour, press "Adjust" again to cause the minutes digits to flash and use the "Forward" and "Reverse" buttons to change it.
6. You can also set the seconds by pushing the "Adjust" button once more. The second’s figures will begin to flash. Press the "Forward" button to reset them to "00".
7. If you want to change the Daylight Saving Time (DST) setting, press the "Adjust" button again. "DST" will start to flash on the display. Use the "Forward" button to turn DST on or off.
8. After making all the necessary changes, press the "Adjust" button one last time to go back to the normal timekeeping mode.
Remember not to press any buttons while your watch is trying to receive the calibration signal. It can interrupt the process and cause incorrect time calibration. If you did it by accident, wait until the watch starts the time calibration signal reception again.
