Note: This error message means the same as service error codes ##338 and ##340. When this error occurs in this model, it is not treated as a service error, but as a user error, and the error message is displayed. “Scanning Unit (Printer Cover) is open.” Cause: You opened the scanning unit (printer cover) during an operation.
