INSTALLATION SCRIPTS 2 This chapter describes the initial configuration of each 3Com IP Conferencing Module server in a VCX system. All software components run on each server. The installation scripts are run on command. Each time a script prompts you for a response, you can accept the default (preconfigured) value by pressing the Return or Enter key, or you can manually enter a different value. 18 CHAPTER 2: INSTALLATION SCRIPTS n Web Provisioning Server — Allows for the creation of conferences and maintenance of the server. n Conference Server — Allows SIP devices to join conferences that support any or all of audio, video, and desktop sharing communication modes. n Conference Attendant — Allows users to join conferences by dialing a single access number independent of conference ID.
