Troubleshooting No power If your monitor has a rear Main Power switch, make sure it is ON. For all monitors: make sure front Power button (or switch) is ON. NOTE: when shipped from factory, each monitor with a rear Main Power switch is set to OFF. Make sure A/C power cord is securely connected to back of monitor and to a power outlet.
