HD Decoder Card Installation Guide Chapter 1: Introduction The MediaSonic MS9100 and MS9200 HD Decoder cards are PCI devices that when installed in a standard desktop Personal Computer will allow the user to display single channel analog (MS9100) or digital (MS9200) High Definition encoded program material.
