User’s Manual 2.2 Installation Procedure This chapter explains you the instructions of how to setup your system. 1. Turn off the power supply. 2. Insert the DIMM module (be careful with the orientation). 3. Insert all external cables for hard disk, floppy, keyboard, mouse, USB etc. except for flat panel. ESM-2850 2.2.1.2 Removing CPU • Unlock the Pentium M processor. • Carefully lift up the existing CPU to remove it from the socket. • Follow the steps of installing a CPU to change to another one. 2.2.2 Main Memory ESM-2850 series provide two 200-pin SODIMM sockets to support DDR2 533 SDRAM.
