Setup Procedures Connections Before connecting the CRW8824IX drive and the computer as described below, make sure that you have installed appropriate CD writing software (P. 3, 4). If you newly install the CD writing software, first disconnect all IEEE1394 devices from your computer. After properly installing the software, you are ready to connect the devices.
