MY PASSPORT USER MANUAL Getting Started with the WD Software After you have connected the drive to your computer, an installation wizard quickly gets you started with the WD software that is on the drive: • WD Security • WD Drive Utilities • WD SmartWare 1. Use your computer’s file management utility to open the My Passport drive listing and double-click the WD Apps Setup file: 2.
