Supported Distributions CUPS The Common Unix Printing System (CUPS), a modular printing system for Unix-like computer operating systems, allows a computer to act as a print server. Installation Procedure for the CUPS Driver on Linux OS Note: On some Linux Distributions, it may be necessary to disable SELinux (security enhanced Linux) capabilities in order to install or use the CUPS Driver. Refer to the SELinux web site at: www.nsa.gov/selinux/ or the documentation for your specific distribution for more information.
