Sustained Data Transfer Rate to and from the Tape The sustained transfer rate to and from the tape is 24Mbyte per second with AIT-4 and AIT-5 cassette, 18Mbyte per second with AIT-3Ex cassette, 16Mbyte per second with AIT-3 cassette.
