Fill the Thermal Carafe with cold water and pour it into the Water Reservoir to the desired level. No less than two cups are recommended. Important: Always use fresh, cool water in your appliance. Check to make sure that the clock is set to the correct time. If it is not, follow the above instructions to set the clock.
