Lubricate the 24 GUIDE RODS (4) with a slicon or teflon spray 15 that is available at most hardware stores. • Slide two WEIGHT STACK CUSHIONS (21) 3/8 X 1-1/4” 12 down over the GUIDE RODS (4).
