BEFORE USING FOR THE FIRST TIME 1. Remove all packaging materials, including those which may be inside the toasting Slots or Toast Lever slot. 2. Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth. Dry thoroughly. REMOVING LODGED FOODS If a piece of bread or any other toaster food becomes lodged in either of the Toasting Slots, unplug the Toaster and allow it to cool. Hold the Toast Lever down.
