Egg Poaching Function (for breakfast sandwich): CAUTION: Use extreme care when operating the egg poacher as hot steam is released through the steam vent. 1. Place the appliance on a clean, dry, flat surface and remove the steamer tray, poaching tray, warming tray, and lid.
