FAUCET BRACKET A bracket is provided for mounting a faucet on the kettle; this would allow the addition of water to the kettle for the convenience of the food preparer. A faucet is available as an accessory. NOTE: Do not use tap water from faucet to fill kettle jacket. Refer to Jacket Water & Jacket Water Treatment on page 12. CONTROLS — KETTLES WITH ELECTRONIC IGNITION (Prior Construction, Fig. 2) Thermostat — Controls heat in the kettle. High dial settings are for cooking; low settings are for holding.
