LEVELING — ALL STEAMERS & STEAM GENERATORS Position the steamer or steam generator in its final installed location. Place a level on the horizontal area of the cabinet. Temperatures in the boiler can briefly reach as high as 212°F (100°C). Local codes require that the temperature of drain water be no greater than 140°F (60°C).
