The warming drawer allows your food to be kept warm under the griddle for short periods of time while additional foods are prepared on top of the griddle. 1. Before first use, see Cleaning Instructions and Hints For Care and Use of Non-Stick Surface. 2. Insert warming drawer and drip tray into rails under griddle, see Figure 2. 3.
