Since 3/11 Turn-Nado EVS Lathes INTRODUCTION Safety Foot Brake This lathe is equipped with a foot brake (see AG Figure 9) to quickly stop the spindle instead of allowing it to coast to a stop on its own. Pressing the foot brake while the spindle is ON also cuts AH power to the motor.
