Adjust the Adjustable Browning Control Knob to the desired lightness or darkness. Turn Knob to the left for lighter toast or to the right for darker toast. 4. Turn the Toaster upside down, and shake the toast loose. IMPORTANT: Never use a fork or sharp-edged utensil to remove toast. Doing so may damage the heating element or cause injury.
