OPERATION ADJUSTING DEPTH OF CUT ADJUSTING See Figures 4 - 5. KNOB The depth of cut is determined by the distance from the TO INCREASE DEPTH bottom of the wheel to the tip of blade. To adjust the blade depth: Stop the engine and remove the spark plug wire or dis- connect from the power source. MAINTENANCE REPLACING THE DEBRIS FLAP See Figure 9. EDGER GUARD HEX NUT Replace the debris flap if it is worn. Using a 10 mm wrench or socket, remove the hex nuts, washers, and debris flap. WASHER Install the new debris flap. This replacement part is a vailable from the place of purchase, or by calling 1-800-242-4672. Replace washers and hex nuts. Tighten securely.
