CAUTION: The foodwarmer is for wet operation only. Do not operate the unit dry. If the unit runs dry, follow these steps: A. urn T control knob to OFF . B. ait W until the an p well is cool enough to be handled. Do not pour water in the hot an p well. C. Remove na p well and thoroughly wash the internal bottom surface per weekly cleaning instructions. D. Replace an p well, add water and resume normal operation. 2.
