INSTALLING YOUR MACHINE Adjusting the Volume You can adjust the monitor and ringer volume on your machine. The built-in speaker enables you to hear the dial tone, dialling signals, and busy tone. For example, the built-in clock keeps the current date and time, and your LOGO and ID Number help to identify you when you send or receive documents.
