SUFF/UFF FILTRATION SYSTEMS CHAPTER 2: IMPORTANT INFORMATION 2.1 General Multi-batteried frying systems can come equipped with the Under Fryer Filter (UFF) system. Single fryers can come equipped with the Single Under Fryer Filter (SUFF) system. Filter design varies according to the model of the fryer/frying system.
